Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards cannot be returned. Statutory withdrawal and warranty rights, including for sale items, remain unaffected. For tea ceremonies or other leisure or catering services scheduled for a specific date or period, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where the applicable legal exception applies.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
For orders covered by EU consumer law, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods. To exercise the right, send us a clear statement by email or post before the period expires. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. We will reimburse payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned. Unless otherwise stated or the goods are defective, you bear the direct return shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within the legally required 14-day period using the same payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
